We are delighted to be welcoming some fantastic chefs to our mini food festival at the Burghley Craft, Food and Gift Fair, October 17-18th.
Dean Edwards – has been a regular chef on ITV’s ‘Lorraine’ since 2010, but first made his debut on ‘This Morning’ in September 2009, where he featured in a weekly cookery slot, creating sishes for the ITV audience. A popular chef at our summer Food Festivals, we are delighted to be welcoming Dean to Burghley for the first time. (Saturday only)
Holly Bell – is a presenter, family recipe writer, blogger and mum of three, working on various T programmes. Her first book, ‘Recipes Frm a Normal Mum’ was a best seller, her second book, ‘The Power of the Frozen’, published by Iceland, will be launched shortly. (Holly is with us both Saturday and Sunday)
Daniel Clifford – is the well renowned and highly talented chef patron of the excellent two Michelin starred restaurant Midsummer’s House in Cambridge. Daniel is featured regularly on ‘Saturday Kitchen’ and has competed in four series of ‘Great Britsh Menu’ (Daniel is with us Sunday only)
Teresa Bovey – Teresa is an experienced home economist renowned for bringing her enthusiasm for healthy, quick and easy home cooking to hundreds of people across the Midlands. An experienced recipe developer, microwave cookery writer and demonstrator, Teresa runs cookery demonstration classes with lunch from her home in Thurgarton, Nottingham and helps to promote local food and drink festivals in the Midlands area working both back of theatre and giving cookery demonstrations.
